Food for thought:

Why are human beings selfish? The world is filled with six billion of us, countless other living things yet all that we care about is our own insignificant self. We find it easy to take (but difficult to give), we speak words with the aim of getting the message across (however failing to consider the feelings of others), we take action so long as the objective we have is achieved (without seriously weighing the consequences), we solely want nothing but the best (thus unable to take into consideration how the steps we take in achieving the best, affect others).

Undeniably this is human nature. May God always guide us into being better human beings.
