Note to self

No matter how many plans we make or steps we follow, we never know how our day is going to end up. We’d prefer to know, of course, what curve balls will be thrown our way. It’s the accidents that always turn out to be the most interesting parts of our day, the people we never expected to show up, a turn of events we never would have chose for ourselves. All of a sudden you find yourself somewhere you never expected to be and its nice, or it takes some getting used to. Still, maybe you’ll find yourself appreciating it somewhere down the line. So you go to sleep each night thinking about tomorrow, going over your plans, preparing for them, and hoping that whatever accidents come your way will be happy ones.
‘Perfect Little Accident'
They say: You fail to plan, you plan to fail. As much as that can be applied when you're doing an essay or organizing some event, it doesn't really apply to this thing called life. As human beings we definitely have plans for things which to us are of huge importance. With this plan too, we get hopeful. Often we are disappointed and hurt when things don't turn out the way we want it to. Because, one, it's human nature, and two, we forget that God has His own plans for us.

It's been a rather bumpy ride. It's like a whole lot of cluelessness. Basking in uncertainties. It felt like there's this weight on your shoulders making you breathless. It doesn't matter if you're the only one facing this, but when thinking of the feelings of the two most beloved people we have, our parents, it definitely brings the level of difficulty of the issue to a whole new level. Was on the brink of giving up because it seems as though there was no other choice.

Astaghfirullah Astaghfirullah Astaghfirullah. And that was definitely wrong.

"And never give up hope of Allah's Mercy. And certainly no one despairs of Allah's Mercy, except the people who disbelieve." (Yusuf 12:87)
When things don't go your way, there are reasons for it. God knows best. What He has planned is more beautiful than your dreams. Patience is virtue. A little bird once told me that worrying doesn't bring you any good. Rather than worrying, it's better for you to put in the effort to find other alternative when what we planned fails. Yes it may be tiring, it may be exasperating and it may be ardous but when you're aware He has already got it all written down and He knows what you need, all there is left is to leave things in His Hands. Because when you have God, you have everything we need.

Praying is one thing, but putting in the effort is another. Both has to be hand in hand. Insya Allah things will be all fine (: Remember, God desires for you ease and He doesn't desire for you difficulty. So my dear, here's to plucking the beautiful twinkly star in the sky and making the people who matters to us proud, and putting our trust in Him, the Almighty.
