I.WENT. ON. AN. OVERSEAS. SHOPPING. TRIP. WITH. MY. VERY. BEST. FRIENDS. FOR. THE. FIRST. TIME. EVER. #levelunlocked #win #biggirlalr heehee it was a four days three nights trip to Bandung with two of my favourite girls! We flew over via Air Asia and initially it was so nerve-wrecking as it was my first time taking a budget airline but honestly, it was fairly fine (except for the fact that there's no food and drinks ready for you, unless you make an advanced purchase or get it on board). So the whole point of flying over is getting the bridesmaid dress done for Fatun's wedding!
On a very positive note, since the three of us are girls, my uncle from Jakarta drove over to Bandung even after he himself just got back from Singapore the night before we arrived. Thank God. Mum was like "take care of the girls okay!" lul I mean like I hafta admit that it feels more safer with someone we know being there.
So when you're in Indonesia, what's the best thing they have to offer? YUMMY FOOD OF COURSE. Yay to delicious foods which are always pampering my tummy. I'm definitely in love with their fried rice. There's meat, chicken, lots of vegetable and a whole lot of rice more than enough for one person. And it cost only 10,000RP which is equivalent to 1SGD. God bless the food sellers there who are generous in the food portion and yet still charge such good prices!
We rode the tri-shaw for the first time ever too! IT WAS SO FUN I TELL YOU. These are the things we can't enjoy in Singapore due to our busy schedule and so what not. Street shopping was brought to a whole new level also since we are able to bargain heh (and I suck at it) but anyway the shopping experience there is just asdfghjklqwertyuiop I love it! Let's just say I felt like an idiot not bringing my debit card along with me that's all fullstop ugh.
Everything from day 1 right up to day 4 was hectic. Due to everybody running errands for family back home and getting the stuff they asked to get and all therefore we only ended up going to factory outlets, King's Shopping Mall and Pasar Baru Trade Centre. Thank God our baggage didn't exceed 60kg in total or we're totally screwed. My luggage itself is 18kg. Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha I didn't buy that much stuff as compared to the other two twatsies though heeh.
It was fun though going on a trip with two of my favourite girls! Can't wait for our next trip together and be all excited inside the airplane/trishaw/angkot like little kids, forever trying to get a perfect shot of our face and the plane and gobble down the local delicacies in the middle of the night, have our retarded convos on the bed at night before falling asleep like babies, waking up to errbadi's smelly faces, getting ready together and holding each other's hands everytime we cross the road, dragging our luggage to the departure hall. Thank you girls, love you two so strong! (: Oh and thanks to our parents for reluctantly letting us go and constantly worried about our safety until Cik Azam and Cik Yuyun popped into the whole picture making all of you felt so much at ease! To more overseas trip together sweeties~
